Role Overview:
We are a fast-growing software company that develops cutting-edge technology solutions for businesses across industries. Our products and services are designed to help companies streamline their operations, increase efficiency, and drive growth. As we expand our reach in Tanzania, we are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and increase revenue with existing banking clients.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the banking industry.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales in the banking industry
  • Knowledge of the banking industry and market in Tanzania
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Swahili
  • 8 to 10 years’ minimum experience


Reporting Line: Regional Manager


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the banking industry in Tanzania through market research and analysis
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including conducting regular meetings and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and close deals.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.
  • Attend events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and developments
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and materials.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
