Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for facilitating the identification and documentation of business requirements and processes. It acts as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
● Degree/Professionally Skilled Level
● IIBA (CCBA) Certification
● Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirement Analysis: Lead the collection and analysis of detailed business requirements.
• Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions to meet business needs.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive requirement specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to business processes.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Testing Facilitation: Facilitate and support user acceptance testing.
